目的:探讨论改良Ehrlich苏木精染液在HE染色中的应用价值。方法:本次选取2011年常规病理检验标本1013例,快速病理检验标本41例;2012年常规病理标本1028例,快速病理标本44例;2014年常规病理标本1129例,快速病理标本49例。常规病理检验应用Ehrlich苏木精液染色法,快速检验者应用改良Ehrlich苏木精染液法,回顾效果。结果:改良组组织切片染色时间明显短于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。改良组染色后,无需行分化操作,蓝化后用伊红复染即可,用改良Ehrlich苏木精染液对HE切片制备,胞质呈淡红色或红色,胞核呈深蓝色,核质清晰,有鲜明的对比,效果优于传统组。结论:改良Ehrlich苏木精染液在HE染色中应用价值显著,可缩短染色时间,改善染色效果,具非常理要的应用价值。
Objective: To explore the application of modified Ehrlich hematoxylin dye in HE staining. Methods: A total of 1013 cases of routine pathological examination in 2011 and 41 cases of rapid pathological examination were selected. In 2012, there were 1028 routine pathological specimens and 44 rapid pathological specimens; 1129 routine pathological specimens and 49 rapid pathological specimens in 2014 were collected. Routine pathological examination using Ehrlich hematoxylin staining, rapid test using modified Ehrlich hematoxylin dye method, review the effect. Results: The staining time of the tissue sections in the modified group was significantly shorter than that in the traditional group (P <0.05). The modified group did not need to differentiate after staining. After blunting, it could be counterstained with Eosin. The HE slices were prepared by using modified Ehrlich hematoxylin stain. The cytoplasm was reddish or red in color with dark blue nuclei, Clear, sharp contrast, the effect is better than the traditional group. Conclusion: The modified Ehrlich hematoxylin dye has obvious application value in HE staining, which can shorten the dyeing time and improve the dyeing effect, which has a very important application value.
