呋喃氟尿嘧啶(Ftoraful,FT-207)为抗代谢抗肿瘤药氟尿嘧啶(Fluorotouracil.5-FU)的一种衍生物,它比5-FU的抗癌率高二倍,具有高效、低毒等优点,用途较广,但呋喃氟尿嘧啶遇水易分解,而温度升高则会加速其水解。本实验结果表明:呋喃氟尿嘧啶的75%乙醇水溶液和呋喃氟尿嘧啶水溶液分别煮沸1h,放置二天后,检查含量已分别水解67、82%。所以,呋喃氟尿嘧啶的一般制剂,在制备和贮存过程中,遇湿遇热就会缓缓水解生成5—氟尿嘧啶及四氢呋喃,从而大大影响稳定性而降低疗效。
Ftoraful (FT-207) is a derivative of anti-metabolite Fluorotouracil-5-FU, which has two times higher anticancer activity than 5-FU and has the advantages of high efficiency and low toxicity. Fluoride, fluorouracil with water easily decomposed, and the temperature will accelerate its hydrolysis. The results of this experiment show that the aqueous 75% ethanol solution of furfural and the fluorouracil solution of fluorouracil are boiled for 1 h, respectively. After two days of storage, the content of the test has been hydrolyzed 67 and 82% respectively. Therefore, the general preparation of furanfluracil in preparation and storage process, the case of wet heat will be gradually hydrolyzed to generate 5 - fluorouracil and tetrahydrofuran, which greatly affect the stability and reduce the effect.
