我国各地常用的马铃薯无毒小苗切断繁殖培养基,是中国科学院植物研究所的革新培养基MA中的大量成分6种、微量成分6种、蔗糖或白糖和琼脂等组成的。一般常用切断繁殖的培养基虽然减少了有机成份的一大部分,但药品品种仍不少,手续烦琐;有的药品不仅不易买到,而且价格昂贵,成本高;有的用量极微,受器材、条件等的限制,造成运用和推广上很大麻烦和困难。因此,在不降低培养基效果的前提下,如何简化手续,快速繁殖,是搞好马铃薯无毒原种生产的重要一环。我们根据两年来的工作体会和外地资料介绍,1979年作了一些改变或简化培养基成份的试验。
