《中共中央关于教育体制改革的决定》中指出:“建立一支有足够数量的、合格而稳定的师资队伍,是实行义务教育,提高基础教育水平的根本大计。”教育改革的深入发展,教育教学的实践,使我们清楚地认识到:加强师资队伍的建设,抓紧对现岗教师的培训,对提高教育质量的迫切性、重要性是十分明显的。我校原有的师资水平很不适应飞速发展的教育事业的需要。据1980年统计,144位教师中,大专以上学历的只占55%,教学水平差异较大,再加上退休、提干调出24人,骨干教师队伍明显减弱,面对这种情况,学校领导决心对现岗教师进行培训,采取两条腿走路的方针,一是送出去脱
