目的观察匹多莫德联合抗生素治疗儿童急性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法将120例儿童急性鼻窦炎随机分为治疗组及对照组各60例。治疗组采用匹多莫德+头孢克肟,对照组单纯采用头孢克肟治疗,疗程均为14d。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为96.7%和80.0%,起效时间分别为3.5d和4.7d,复发率分别为6.7%和20.0%。结论匹多莫德联合抗生素治疗儿童急性鼻窦炎疗效明显,起效时间快,治愈率高,复发率低,是临床上值得推荐的一种联合用药方法。
Objective To observe the efficacy of pidotimod combined with antibiotics in the treatment of acute sinusitis in children. Methods 120 cases of children with acute sinusitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 60 cases. The treatment group with pidotimod + cefixime, the control group simply treated with cefixime, treatment were 14d. Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.7% and 80.0%, respectively. The onset time was 3.5 days and 4.7 days respectively, and the recurrence rates were 6.7% and 20.0% respectively. Conclusion Pidotimod combined with antibiotics in treating children with acute sinusitis has obvious curative effect, quick onset time, high cure rate and low recurrence rate. It is a recommended combination method in clinic.
