应用彩色多普勒血流成像(CDFI)技术,检测57例糖尿病患者视网膜中央动脉(CRA)、眼动脉(OA).表明了糖尿病组和对照组球后动脉血流频谱形态和血流动力学特点。提出了糖尿病眼血流动力学类型,认为OA缺血性改变足糖尿病性视功能损害的高危因素,发现血糖与平均血流速度(Vm)呈负相关(γ=-0.37、P<0.01),与RI、PI(γ=0.35、0.22、P<0.05)呈正相关。低速、低流量、高阻力型血流状态,是导致视网膜缺血性改变的重要血流动力学因素。
Color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) was used to detect the central retinal artery (CRA) and ophthalmic artery (OA) in 57 diabetic patients. The spectrum of hemodynamics and hemodynamics of the posterior vertebral artery in diabetic group and control group was shown. Proposed the ocular hemodynamics type of diabetes mellitus, considered ischemic alterations in OA as a risk factor for impaired visual function of diabetic foot and found a negative correlation between blood glucose and mean blood flow velocity (Vm) (γ = -0.37, P <0 .01), and RI, PI (γ = 0.35,0.22, P <0.05) was positively correlated. Low-velocity, low-flow, high-resistance blood flow state is an important hemodynamic factor that leads to retinal ischemic changes.
