[目的]了解上海市长宁区娱乐场所女性服务人员(female entertainment workers,FEWs)性病检查就医行为及其影响因素。[方法]对辖区内所有涉及性服务的娱乐场所进行分类后,按项目要求调查对象来自大型(女性服务人员数50人以上)和小型场所(女性服务人员数少于10人)的比例应为3:7左右,从大型场所中随机抽取了2家,小场所28家为调查场所,对其中涉及性服务并取得知情同意的125名女性服务人员开展面对面一对一问卷调查。[结果]娱乐场所女性服务人员以中青年为主;月均收入≥5000元人民币者占55.2%,但抚养人数较多,每人平均需抚养(2.06±1.39)人;FEWs每周性服务次数频繁,平均(12.71±8.90)人次。在过去一个月里33.6%的受访者有性病相关主诉,且大小场所主诉情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。较高收入组有性病相关主诉者曾行性病检查的比例高于较低收入者。从就医情况看,74.4%的受访者表示目前没有就诊需求,受访者中选择综合性医院进行性病检查和就医的比例最高。与性病检查相关的影响因素为每周性服务次数和收入情况,每周性服务客人数越多的受访者和收入高的受访者进行性病检查的比例更高。[结论]涉及性服务的FEWs性病检查比例较低,每周性服务嫖客数及收入情况是影响性病检测行为的影响因素,FEWs性病检查就医意愿有待提高。
[Objective] To understand the medical behaviors and influencing factors of STDs in female entertainment workers (FEWs) in entertainment venues in Changning District of Shanghai. [Methods] After classifying all the entertainment venues involved in sexual service within the jurisdiction, the proportion of respondents from large (female service staff more than 50) and small-scale places (female service staff less than 10) should be Around 3: 7, two randomly selected large-scale sites and 28 small sites were surveyed. One-on-one face-to-face questionnaires were conducted among 125 female service personnel who were involved in sexual services and obtained informed consent. [Results] The female attendants in entertainment venues were mainly young and middle-aged; the average monthly income was more than RMB5000, accounting for 55.2% of the total. However, the number of female service workers in entertainment was relatively high, with an average of 2.06 ± 1.39 per person. FEWs weekly service Frequent, average (12.71 ± 8.90) trips. In the past month, 33.6% of the respondents reported STD-related complaints, and the differences in the locations of major and minor complaints were statistically significant (P <0.05). The proportion of STD-related STDs in higher-income groups was higher than that of lower-income groups. According to the medical situation, 74.4% of the respondents said they did not need medical treatment at present, and the proportion of respondents who chose general hospitals for STD examination and medical treatment was the highest. The factors associated with STDs are the frequency of weekly services and income, the higher the proportion of STDs per day for those with higher service attendance and those with higher incomes. [Conclusion] The proportion of FEWs STDs involved in sexual service is relatively low. The number of weekly service clients and their income are the influencing factors that affect STDs testing. FEWs STDs need to be improved.
