班主任要对学生的“全面发展”负责,必须要有责任心。对工作有了责任感,心里就会装着学生,一切为学生着想,就能做到经常深入学生,全面了解学生,把精力倾注在学生身上,使他们健康成长。实践证明,有什么样的班主任就会有什么样的班集体。作为一个班主任,越能严格要求自己,越敢承担责任,他所带的班就积极乐观、团结向上,充满着无限的活力,学生的责任心也越强。相反,缺乏责任心的班主任,他所带的班级学生大多意志消沉,不思进取,甚至是一盘散沙,学生的责任意识自然也很淡漠。可以说,班主任是在用自己的责任心去点燃学生的责任心,培养学生的责任感。

On the contrary, lacking the responsibility of the head teacher, most of the class students he brought were depressed, unrestrained, and even disorganized, and the students’ sense of responsibility was naturally indifferent. It can be said that the head teacher is using his responsibility to light up the students' sense of responsibility and cultivate their sense of responsibility.
