目的观察血小板参数检测在2型糖尿病患者微血管病变时的意义。方法对2型糖尿病患者及健康成人进行血小板(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、血小板压积(PCT)及空腹血糖的检验对比。结果 2型糖尿病组与对照组观察指标比较差异有统计学意义。结论结果显示血小板参数的不同变化与2型患者微血管病变有关。
Objective To observe the significance of detecting platelet parameters in the microangiopathy of type 2 diabetic patients. Methods The levels of platelet (PLT), mean platelet volume (MPV), platelet distribution width (PDW), platelet pressure (PCT) and fasting blood glucose in type 2 diabetic patients and healthy adults were compared. Results There was significant difference in the observation index between type 2 diabetes mellitus group and control group. Conclusions The results show that different changes in platelet parameters are associated with microvascular disease in type 2 patients.
