信息技术与课程整合是我国21世纪基础教育教学改革的一个新途径,它从根本上强调要把信息技术作为促进学生自主学习的认知工具和情感激励工具,利用信息技术所提供的自主探索、多重交互、合作学习、资源共享等学习环境,把学生的主动性、积极性充分调动起来,使学生的创新思维与实践能力在整合过程中得到有效的锻炼,这正是新的课程改革中新的课程标准对创新人才培养的需要。因此信息技术与课程整合不仅是改变传统教学结构、实施创新人才培养的一条有效途径,更是目前国际上基础教育改革的趋势与潮流。
The integration of information technology and curriculum is a new approach to the 21st century basic education reform in our country. It fundamentally emphasizes that information technology should be used as a cognitive tool and an emotional stimulus tool to promote students’ autonomous learning. With the help of the independent exploration provided by information technology, Multi-interaction, cooperative learning, resource sharing and other learning environments, fully mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of students so that students’ innovative thinking and practical ability to be effectively tempered in the process of integration, which is the new curriculum reform in the new Curriculum Standard Needs for Innovative Talents Training. Therefore, the integration of information technology and curriculum is not only an effective way to change the traditional teaching structure and implement the cultivation of innovative talents, but also the trend and trend of the reform of basic education in the world at present.
