大豆拟茎点种腐病主要影响大豆种子的品质。该病是由病原真菌Phomopsis longicolla引起。该研究利用大豆品种Williams 82对分离自大豆的拟茎点种腐病原菌Phomopsis longicolla和分离自其他寄主植物的拟茎点霉属Phomopsis其他病原菌48个菌株对大豆进行致病性比较,病原菌被接种到生长2周的大豆植株上,以大豆植株的茎长和病斑长度进行比较。试验结果显示,被测的病原菌株间对大豆致病性存在显著性差异(P≤0.000 1)。在密西西比州大豆上分离得到的大豆拟茎点种腐病原菌Phomopsis longicolla菌株
Soybean Phyllosis mainly affects the quality of soybean seeds. The disease is caused by the pathogenic fungus Phomopsis longicolla. In this study, the pathogenicity of soybeans was tested against soybean by using the soybean variety Williams 82 and the 48 pathogenic strains of Phomopsis longicolla, isolated from soybean, and other pathogenic Phomopsis isolates from other host plants. The pathogens were inoculated into Soybean plants grown for 2 weeks were compared with the stem length and lesion length of the soybean plants. The test results showed that there was a significant difference in the pathogenicity of soybean between tested strains (P≤0.0001). Soybean Phomopsis longicolla strain isolated from soybean in Mississippi
