在建筑用Zn Mg合金中添加了不同含量的合金化元素Ca、V和Y,并进行了拉伸性能、冲击性能和耐蚀性能的测试。结果表明,适量的合金化元素Ca、V和Y的添加,可提高建筑用Zn Mg合金的力学性能和耐蚀性能;与未添加合金化元素相比,添加了适当含量的合金化元素Ca、V和Y后,其室温抗拉强度增加130 MPa,室温伸长率增加11.1%,-40℃冲击吸收功增加31.2 J,0℃冲击吸收功增加30.2 J,腐蚀电位正移265 m V;其合金化元素含量优选为0.5wt%Ca、0.4wt%V和0.3wt%Y。
Different contents of alloying elements Ca, V and Y were added to the construction Zn Mg alloy, and the tensile properties, impact properties and corrosion resistance were tested. The results show that proper addition of alloying elements Ca, V and Y can improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of Zn Mg alloy for construction. Compared with the alloying elements, the alloying elements Ca, V and Y, the room temperature tensile strength increased by 130 MPa, the room temperature elongation increased by 11.1%, the impact absorption power at 40 ℃ increased by 31.2 J, the impact absorption power increased by 30.2 J at 0 ℃, and the corrosion potential shifted by 265 mV. The alloying element content is preferably 0.5 wt% Ca, 0.4 wt% V, and 0.3 wt% Y.
