本文描述了从自然罹死的斜纹刺蛾(Oxyplax orhracea(moore))幼虫中分离出一种核型多角体病毒。用快速简便方法提取核酸,经限制性内切酶EcoRⅠ、HindⅢ酶解,获得该病毒核酸的酶解带谱。以λDNA的EcoRⅠ酸解片段在凝胶中的迁移率与相应DNA片段分子量的对数值做标准曲线求得其平均分子量为102.09×10~6道尔顿,即为147.77kb。
This article describes the isolation of a nuclear polyhedrosis virus from the larvae of the naturally devastated moth (Oxyplax orhracea (moore)). Nucleic acid was extracted by a simple and rapid method, and enzymatic cleavage of the virus nucleic acid was obtained by enzymatic digestion with restriction endonucleases EcoRI and HindIII. The average molecular weight was 102.09 × 10 ~ 6 Daltons (147.77kb) with the standard curve of the logarithm of the mobility of the EcoRⅠ acidolyzed fragment of λDNA in the gel and the corresponding molecular weight of the DNA fragment.
