介绍了19个足尺寸螺栓连接的单角钢剪切连接的试验。研究目的是确定与角钢两肢连接的螺栓组的剪切强度。试验中的连接件由两肢等长的角钢和每肢上垂直的一行螺栓构成。角钢单肢宽度为102mm,厚度为9·5mm。螺栓为直径19mm的高强度A325型螺栓,一行有2~8个。观察到的连接件破坏模式为一个螺栓组的剪切断裂。试验发现:支梁的抗扭或抗侧能力对连接件的承载能力影响很大。试验结果表明:现行的北美设计方法适用于少于或等于3个螺栓的单角钢设计。此外,采用屈服线法估算极限强度状态下的连接弯矩。
The test of 19 single-angle shearing connections with full-size bolting is introduced. The purpose of the study was to determine the shear strength of the bolt set that was attached to the extremities of the angle. The test connector consists of two equal-length angles and a vertical row of bolts on each limb. Angle single-limb width of 102mm, a thickness of 9 · 5mm. Bolts are high-strength A325 bolts with a diameter of 19 mm, with 2 to 8 in a row. The observed failure mode of the connector is a shear fracture of a bolt set. The test found that: the beam’s torsional or anti-side ability of the bearing capacity of a great influence. The test results show that the current North American design method is suitable for single angle design with less than or equal to 3 bolts. In addition, the yield strength method is used to estimate the connecting moment at ultimate strength.
