为降低钢包中钢水热损失,研发一种新型真空壳钢包——在传统冶金钢包外壳焊接一层带有真空室结构的钢板,以降低钢液热散失。运用真空绝热原理,对生产试验真空压力与钢水温降、钢包壁的热散失量以及真空室最佳真空度进行确定。结果表明:新型钢包保温效果比传统钢包好;钢包和包盖真空室内绝对压力为50Pa时,钢液温降为8K,而传统钢包和包盖组合的钢液温降为35K;考虑现场实际生产,钢包和包盖真空室压力在50~100Pa时,保温效果较好。
In order to reduce the heat loss of molten steel in the ladle, a new type of vacuum ladle is developed, in which a layer of steel plate with a vacuum chamber structure is welded to reduce the heat loss of molten steel. The principle of vacuum insulation is used to determine the vacuum pressure and the temperature drop of the molten steel in the production test, the heat loss of the ladle wall and the optimum vacuum degree of the vacuum chamber. The results show that the heat preservation effect of the new ladle is better than that of the traditional ladle; when the absolute pressure in the ladle and the covered vacuum chamber is 50Pa, the temperature drop of the molten steel is 8K, while the temperature drop of the liquid steel in the traditional ladle and the lid combination is 35K; , Ladle and lid vacuum chamber pressure 50 ~ 100Pa, the insulation effect is better.
