绝大多数食物配伍同吃可相互补充所含营养素的不足,更好满足人体需要。然而,有些食物同吃却有可能相互抵销其营养价值,甚至产生一种有损人体健康的物质。所以,应重视膳食中食物的科学搭配,留意哪些食物不宜同吃。
The vast majority of food compatibility with eat can complement each other to contain the lack of nutrients, to better meet the needs of the human body.
