试验中以聚碳酸酯二元醇(JSH-10)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)以及二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)为基本原料,用自乳化法合成了芳香族水性聚氨酯乳液。讨论了纳米TiO_2加入量及加入方式、2种异氰酸酯的用量比对乳液性能及成膜性能的影响。通过热重分析(TG)、X射线衍射(XRD)等方法,测定了聚氨酯膜的耐热性能以及结晶性能等。研究结果表明较佳的合成工艺条件:反应时间为MDI与IPDI复配比为8∶2,纳米TiO_2加入量为2%~4%,且采用粉体合成的方法加入时,可得到乳液性能稳定,成膜性能好,耐黄变性能优良的水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液。
In the test, polycarbonate diol (JSH-10), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) and dimethylolbutyrate (DMBA) Emulsification synthesis of aromatic aqueous polyurethane emulsion. The effects of the dosage of two kinds of isocyanates on the properties of the emulsion and the properties of the films were discussed. The heat resistance and crystallization properties of the polyurethane film were measured by thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that the optimum synthesis conditions are as follows: the reaction time is 8: 2 for MDI and IPDI, 2% ~ 4% for nano-TiO_2, and the stability of the emulsion can be obtained by the method of powder synthesis , Film-forming properties, anti-yellowing properties of excellent water-based polyurethane (WPU) emulsion.
