涪陵页岩气田是第一个投入商业化开发的页岩气田,其地表与地下地质情况比较复杂,涪陵页岩气和常规油气藏、国外页气田相比,在开发期间的钻井施工存在着极大的困难,而钻井工程质量直接影响后期压裂试气及示范区产能建设。因此,对涪陵页岩气钻井工程的质量监督与管理极为重要,通过质量监督和管理工作的实施,能够为涪陵页岩气钻井工程更好的施工奠定坚实的基础,使其能够达到预期效果。
