目的研究纳米银皮肤抗菌液的杀菌效果及与纳米银的浓度及微粒直径的关系。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对该纳米银皮肤抗菌液杀菌效果及其影响因素进行了观察。结果纳米银皮肤抗菌液原液作用1 min,Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ号抗菌液对大肠杆菌杀灭对数值平均为3.76、3.06和2.67;对金黄色葡萄球菌平均杀灭对数值分别为1.38、0.94和0.48;对白色念珠菌平均杀灭对数值分别为4.82、4.04和3.82。浓度高或粒径小的纳米银皮肤抗菌液的杀菌效果好。结论该纳米银皮肤抗菌液具有一定杀菌效果,粒径和浓度对其杀菌效果有影响。
Objective To study the bactericidal effect of nanosilver skin antibacterial liquid and its relationship with the concentration and particle diameter of nanosilver. Methods The quantitative antibacterial test was used to observe the bactericidal effect and the influencing factors of the antibacterial liquid. Results Nano-silver skin antimicrobial liquid stock solution for 1 min, Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ antibacterial liquid killing E. coli logarithmic average of 3.76,3.06 and 2.67; Staphylococcus aureus average killing logarithm were 1.38,0.94 and 0.48; Candida albicans on the average kill logarithm were 4.82,4.04 and 3.82. Bactericidal effect of nano-silver skin antibacterial liquid with high concentration or small particle size is good. Conclusion The nano-silver skin antibacterial liquid has a certain bactericidal effect, particle size and concentration of its bactericidal effect.
