快速准确地测量大型地下能源储库群容积,不仅是检验工程设计和施工建设成果科学合理性的一种方法,也是能源储运工程的基本要求和油库运行期间动态调控的基础。为了快速精确获取储库群容积和厘米级的高程-容积曲线,研发了基于断面的激光精细测量系统(LSMS),建立了相应的数据处理方法。并成功将其应用到某地下能源储库的容积测量中,获得了厘米级的高程-容积曲线,通过回归计算,获得了容积真值,容积测量精度达到-0.06%,优于规范要求一个数量级。最后,结合全站仪和基站式三维激光扫描仪(TLS)的实验数据,对8个技术指标进行了对比分析,验证了激光精细测量系统及相应的数据处理方法的可行性和正确性。
The rapid and accurate measurement of large underground energy storage reservoir volume is not only a way to test the scientific rationality of engineering design and construction achievements, but also the basic requirements of energy storage and transportation engineering and the basis of dynamic regulation during the operation of oil depot. In order to quickly and accurately obtain the reservoir volume and the centimeter-level elevation-volume curve, a section-based laser fine measurement system (LSMS) was developed and the corresponding data processing method was established. And successfully applied it to the volumetric measurement of a subsurface energy reservoir to obtain the centimeter level-volume curve. Through the regression calculation, the volumetric true value was obtained, the volume measurement accuracy reached -0.06%, which was better than the specification requirement by an order of magnitude . Finally, based on the experimental data of total station and base station three-dimensional laser scanner (TLS), eight technical indexes are compared and analyzed, and the feasibility and accuracy of the laser fine measurement system and the corresponding data processing method are verified.
