为了加强化学工业标准化经济效果的研究工作,受化工部科技局委托,化工部标准化研究所于1982年9月在杭州市组织召开了“化学工业标准化经济效果研究小组”成立会议。有关省、市化工厅(局)和专业标准化技术归口单位共17个单位23名代表出席了会议。化工部科技局张西蕾同志,浙江省石化厅副厅长郭伯诚同志出席了会议并分别讲了话。中国标准化综合
In order to strengthen the chemical industry standardization of the economic effects of research work, commissioned by the Bureau of Science and Technology Ministry of Chemical Industry, Ministry of Chemical Industry Institute of Standardization in September 1982 organized in Hangzhou, “Chemical Industry Standardization Economic Effects Study Group” was established. A total of 23 representatives from 17 units attended the meeting of provincial and municipal chemical industry halls (bureaus) and specialized standardization technical focal points. Comrade Zhang Xilei, Science and Technology Bureau, Ministry of Chemical Industry, Comrade Guo Boxing, deputy director of Zhejiang Petrochemical Department attended and addressed respectively.
