目的:考察杨梅核不同溶剂提取物的体外抗氧化活性。方法:采用分光光度法,测定杨梅核不同溶剂提取物对DPPH、脂质过氧化的清除能力和总还原力,考察了杨梅核提取物体外抗氧化活性。结果:杨梅核不同溶剂提取物具有较强的DPPH、脂质过氧化的清除能力和总还原力,其中杨梅核无水乙醇提取物的体外抗氧化作用最强。结论:杨梅核提取物具有显著的抗氧化活性。
Objective: To investigate the antioxidant activity of different solvent extracts of Myrica rubra in vitro. Methods: The spectrophotometric method was used to determine the scavenging ability and total reducing power of DPP and lipid peroxidation of different extracts of Myrica rubra. The antioxidant activity of the extract from bayberry in vitro was also investigated. Results: Different extracts from bayberry had stronger DPPH, lipid peroxidation ability and total reducing power. Among them, the ethanol extract of bayberry had the strongest antioxidant activity in vitro. Conclusion: The bayberry nuclear extract has significant antioxidant activity.
