近几年来,由于过度捕捞、环境污染等因素影响,我国近海渔业资源单位努力渔获量不断下降,渔获群体呈现小型化、低龄化,渔获种类组成低质化、低值化现象日趋严重。在这种情况下,2004年,山东省在全国率先派出42艘渔船赴朝鲜以东海域从事鱿鱼试捕,并取得成功,这为山东省捕捞业实现持续发展找到了一条新路,

Under such circumstances, in 2004, Shandong Province took the lead in sending 42 fishing vessels across the country to engage in squid trial fishing in the area east of North Korea and succeeded.
