为了探索虚拟社区互动行为对新产品开发迭代创新绩效的影响,以小米MIUI社区为例,运用网络爬虫程序获取最近四年“产品发布”和“功能建议”板块的面板数据,采用Logistic和Poisson回归进行实证研究。研究结果表明,迭代创新绩效与用户的产品互动水平呈负相关,与用户的人际互动水平以及企业与用户互动水平呈正相关。这些发现启示企业,应该利用人际互动水平作为筛选依据,快速聚焦用户共性的需求,并加强企业与用户的互动。
In order to explore the influence of interactive behavior of virtual communities on the iterative innovation performance of new product development, taking millet MIUI community as an example, we use the web crawler program to obtain the panel data of the “Product Release” and “Function Suggestion” panels in the recent four years. Logistic and Poisson regression empirical research. The results show that the performance of iterative innovation is negatively correlated with the level of user interaction, which is positively correlated with the level of user interaction and the level of interaction between firm and user. These findings suggest that enterprises should use the level of interpersonal interaction as a screening basis to quickly focus on the needs of users’ commonality and to enhance the interaction between enterprises and users.
