书法艺术作为文化艺术的一部分,为广大人民群众所喜爱,让书法艺术进一步发扬光大,其教育和管理工作尤为重要。而了解地方书法艺术教育现状存在问题、了解书法艺术教育工作的前提,书法艺术教育工作者和管理部门应采取多种形式的教育和管理办法,让教育与管理相结合,让教学走向社会。在教学内容上可根据不同层次学员的求知需求,有侧重、有选择地对学生进行书写技能和基本功的训练,也可根据地方特点让教学灵活多样,以达到真正让基层群众的书法艺术教育工作做到实处。
