基于金属矿山企业资产管理的现状、发展趋势及开发必要性分析,笔者对金属矿山资产管理((Enterprise Asset Management,EAM)系统的目标及功能模块进行了详细分析与设计,并以多工厂协同管理为主线建立了EAM系统集成管理流程。采用Power Designer建模软件设计了EAM系统的物理数据模型;基于网络化运行环境,以先进的框架组合(J2EE+Struts+Hibernate+Spring)技术对金属矿山EAM系统关键功能模块进行了开发和测试。金属矿山企业的实际应用表明,该系统有效地提高了企业资产管理效率。
Based on the status quo, development trend and development necessity analysis of the metal mining enterprise asset management, the author analyzes and designs the target and function modules of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system in detail, The EAM system integration management process was established as the main line.The physical data model of EAM system was designed by using Power Designer modeling software. Based on the networked operation environment and the advanced framework combination (J2EE + Struts + Hibernate + Spring) The key functional modules of the system are developed and tested.The practical application of metal mining enterprises shows that the system effectively improves the efficiency of enterprise asset management.
