针对国内缺乏适用于散水源、小地块,且具有一定自动化程度的喷灌设备现状,研制开发一种基于圆形喷灌机的智能控制轻型移动喷灌机组,其关键技术问题是机组控制系统研发,主要包括正反向运行同步系统、同步控制系统、安全保护装置、智能控制系统、变量降水控制系统和远程控制系统等。其中智能控制系统、变量降水控制系统和远程控制系统为关键系统。该系统的成功研发有效提升了我国喷灌行业的自动化水平。
In view of the lack of domestic application of sprinkler irrigation equipment which is suitable for scattered water sources and small plots and has a certain degree of automation, a smart control light mobile irrigation irrigation unit based on a circular irrigation machine has been developed. The key technical issue is the research and development of the unit control system, Including forward and reverse running synchronization system, synchronization control system, safety protection device, intelligent control system, variable precipitation control system and remote control system.
