2009年萧山首次房交会如期举行,前来咨询的市民络绎不绝。初夏的气息慢慢浮现,萧山楼市也开始进入了一个较暖的阶段。4月份的萧山楼市与3月份相比,显得暖意十足。在经历3月份几个低价楼盘的热卖后,有业内人士预测,4月的楼市新房成交量可能会继续上扬。这一预言在4月的头7天就得到了证实。4月头7天,住宅成交量达到380套,是3月整月成交量的一半。而下半月也表现不俗,在房交会火热开启的同时,楼市销售的火热从中也可见一斑。
