报道了一种在Ｙ一切铁扩散ＬｉＮｂＯ３平板光波导上制作的调频光纤陀螺用集成光学频移器。它由一对球面波导短程透镜和两个声表面波声光调制器组成。频移宽度为１０ＭＨｚ，调制器的中。Ｃ频率为１０７ＭＨｚ，驱动功率为２００ｍＷ。
An integrated optical frequency shifter for FM FOG fabricated on a Y-all-iron diffused LiNbO3 flat-panel optical waveguide was reported. It consists of a pair of spherical waveguide short-range lens and two SAW acousto-optic modulator. Frequency shift width of 10MHz, the modulator. C frequency is 107MHz, driving power is 200mW.
