“换汤不换药”的含义是:名称或形式虽然改变了,内容却没有变。但是,有不少成语辞典把这条成语中的“汤”当成是煎药的水。于是有的“成语释义”便解释为:“煎药的水换了,但是药方却没有变。比喻名称或形式虽然改变了,内容还是老一套。”其实,这是误解,因为大多数成语辞典均注明这条成语的出处是清·张南庄《何典》第三回。那么,我们还是看看这部小说中有关“换汤不换药”的内容吧。在《何典》第三回中,说是活鬼得了重病,去找试药郎中看病(试药郎中是方言,指庸医诊病时以病试药),试药郎中诊脉后给他三五
