为了促进年轻教师专业成长,让他们尽快成熟、脱颖而出,同时也为了达到新老教师相互学习共同提高的目的,不少学校采取老教师帮助新教师的“师徒结对”的举措。这项工作落实得好,能使帮助明确、责任直接、交流密切、精力集中,能达到优势互补、共同提高。但在实际中不少对子往往流于形式,效果不尽如人意。如何真正发挥它的作用,提高它的有效性?笔者通过实践,有如下认识。
In order to promote the professional growth of young teachers, let them mature as soon as possible, and come to the fore. In the meantime, in order to achieve the goal of enhancing mutual learning between new and old teachers, many schools adopt the old teachers’ measures of “mentoring students and teachers” to help new teachers. The implementation of this work is good, can help clear, direct responsibility, close exchange, focus, can complement each other and improve together.
