2015年11月发布的《上海市建设工程材料使用监督管理规定》和同年12月发布的《上海市公共信用信息归集和使用管理办法》等政策法规文件,为规范上海市建设工程备案建材供应商的公共信用信息管理提供了依据。公共信用信息管理意味着行政管理内容、管理流程的精细化程度更高。通过信息化方式、完善行政管理流程,将提高公共信用信息管理的质量和效率,更好发挥事中事后监管的作用,营造诚信、健康的建材市场氛围,提高工程中使用的建材产品质量。
