当前不少企业实行承包后,职工的积极性并未有明显的提高。对于这个问题,人们往往归咎于社会大环境不佳。确实,我们应当承认,大环境确有不尽如人意之处。譬如流通领域里的“官倒”,社会分配不公,党风不正等等。就企业而言,铁饭碗,铁交椅,铁工资名亡实存,思想政治工作薄弱,干群关系紧张,对党的现行政策不理解等等。所有这些,都影响着职工积极性的发挥和提高。
After the current contract implementation of many enterprises, the enthusiasm of workers did not significantly improve. People often blame this environment for the poor social environment. Indeed, we should admit that the environment is not entirely satisfactory. For example, “official down” in the field of circulation, unfair social distribution, unhealthy party style and so on. In terms of enterprises, the iron-handed bowls, ironclad high positions and iron workers are in name only, the ideological and political work is weak, tensions between cadres and the masses, the party’s current policies are not understood, and so on. All of these affect the enthusiasm of workers to play and improve.
