政治文明是社会主义现代化建设的重要目标。在新的历史条件下建设社会主义政治文明,要以“三个代表”为根本标准和行动指南。具体来说要表现在四个方面:保证人民群众充分行使当家作主的权力是社会主义政治文明的根本要求和根本体现;依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家是社会主义政治文明的重要内容和根本保证;坚持党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国的有机结合和辩证统一是社会主义政治文明的重要优势;营造民主团结、生动活泼、安定和谐的政治局面是建设社会主义政治文明的重要目标。
Political civilization is an important goal of socialist modernization. Under the new historic conditions and building a socialist political civilization, we must take “three represents” as the fundamental guideline for standards and action.
