越南冒溪煤矿友谊井-80m水平巷道在穿过FA断层的掘进时发生2次涌水冒落事故,最大涌水量为100~105m3/h,产生冒落物1550m3,充塞巷道90m,并造成人员伤亡。中国煤炭科学研究总院专家组采用地面注浆堵水加固技术,运用密集布孔、短段下行式、间歇式、控量注浆等注浆技术,采取长短腿相结合、延长套管,加强关键层位注浆等技术措施,获得了良好的注浆效果,创造了安全通过FA断层的掘进施工条件
