本文从我国现有制度安排的角度对查新报告质量进行分析 ,提出查新报告失真的治理 ,不仅仅是《科技查新机构管理办法》和《科技查新规范》所能解决的 ,相关的法律制度安排等才是提高查新报告质量的治本之举。
This article analyzes the quality of the new report from the perspective of the existing system arrangement in our country and proposes that the governance of the new report should not only be resolved by the Measures for the Administration of New Search of Science and Technology, Legal system arrangements are the only way to improve the quality of new search reports.
