在国家大力发展职业教育和宁夏“两区”建设的大背景下,宁夏职业教育进入了前所未有的快速发展阶段。伴随着职业学校办学规模的迅速扩大,包括职教生在内的学生实习权益受侵犯的案件屡有发生,通过制定《宁夏回族自治区学生校外实习条例》,建立包括职教生在内的实习生法律制度是解决实习生权益“无法”可依的有效路径。本文从我国学生实习立法概况和宁夏学生实习立法现状入手,探讨制定《宁夏回族自治区学生校外实习条例》的立法突破及其主要内容。
Under the background of vigorously developing vocational education and Ningxia “two districts” construction, vocational education in Ningxia has entered an unprecedented stage of rapid development. By enacting Regulations on Off-Campus Internships for Students of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, internships including vocational education students The legal system is to solve the intern rights “can not ” according to the effective path. This article starts with the general situation of our country ’s student internship legislation and the current situation of Ningxia students’ internship legislation, and discusses the legislative breakthrough and its main content of enacting the “Internship Regulations of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Students”.
