本文研究了季胺浸溃树脂吸附钴的平衡和动力学。发现钴在树脂相和液相之间的分配比既与氯离子和硫酸镍的浓度有关,也受 pH 和温度的影响.钴的分配比随 pH、温度和硫酸镍浓度的增加而降低,随氯离子浓度的增加而增加。动力学研究表明钴在树脂上的吸附速率受树脂结构和操作条件的影响.表观吸附速率相当快.为了检验季胺浸渍树脂分离钴、镍的效果,以镍阳极液进行了试验。结果表明钴镍分离的效果是令人满意的。
In this paper, the equilibrium and kinetics of cobalt adsorbed by quaternary ammonium dipping resin were studied. The distribution ratio of cobalt between the resin phase and the liquid phase was found to be related to both chloride ion and nickel sulfate concentration as well as pH and temperature.The distribution ratio of cobalt decreased with increasing pH, temperature and nickel sulfate concentration Increased chloride ion concentration. Kinetic studies show that the adsorption rate of cobalt on the resin is influenced by the structure and operating conditions of the resin, and the apparent adsorption rate is quite fast. To test the effect of quaternary ammonium resin on the separation of cobalt and nickel, the nickel anolyte was tested. The results show that the effect of cobalt-nickel separation is satisfactory.
