幼儿期的良好习惯对幼儿以后的成长具有特别重要的意义。为更好的帮助幼儿们形成好习惯,应采取有效的教学措施来实现这一教学目标。一、习惯包含的内容习惯所包含的内容范围很广,一般有生活、学习、语言、社交、劳动等习惯行为。对于幼儿说,这些习惯广义上都离不开学习习惯的范畴。对于培养和提高幼儿的身心和身体发展水平,培养幼儿良好的生活习惯,宜从生活习惯入手,始终贯穿“学习”的精神。二、幼儿中存在的不良习惯
