随着中国经济的不断发展,企业想要收获更好的经济效益,想好更好地融入当地区域的经济发展的潮流,就必须根据企业自身的经营情况制定适合的企业发展战略。一套科学的企业发展战略可以在未来的几年中给企业指明正确的发展方向。本文以潞安矿业集团公司为例,首先阐述了区域经济对企业战略策划的影响,然后讨论了该企业在区域经济的影响下的发展趋势,最后企业的发展战略的建立提出了几点意见和建议。
With the continuous development of China’s economy, enterprises want to reap better economic returns and want to better integrate into the trend of economic development in the local area. Therefore, enterprises must formulate suitable enterprise development strategies according to their own business conditions. A set of scientific enterprise development strategy can point out the correct direction for the development of enterprises in the coming years. Taking Lu’an Mining Group Company as an example, this article first expounds the impact of regional economy on strategic planning of enterprises, then discusses the development trend of the enterprise under the influence of regional economy, and finally puts forward some opinions on the establishment of the development strategy of the enterprise Suggest.
