利用分子标记技术对转抗白叶枯病基因 (Xa2 1)的明恢 63和 80 4B后代进行跟踪筛选 ,得到了纯合稳定株系。同时对转基因恢复系明恢 63进行配组试验 ,对转基因 80 4B纯合稳定系进行不育系的转育 ,并对其配组和转育后代进行PCR分析和人工接菌 ,结果表明Xa2 1基因能稳定遗传表达 ,并出现了一些既抗白叶枯病又有增产潜力的组合
Molecular markers were used to screen the Minghui 63 and 80 4B offspring of the resistance to bacterial blight (Xa21), and the homozygous stable lines were obtained. At the same time, the transgenic restorer line Minghui63 was used to carry out the grouping experiment. The transgenic male sterile lines of 80 4B homozygous stable lines were transplanted. PCR analysis and artificial inoculation were carried out on the transgenic lines. The results showed that Xa21 Genes can be stable genetic expression, and there are some combinations of both bacterial blight resistance and yield potential
