目的:调查上海外企白领青年(≤35岁)的社会支持状况。方法:借助网络平台、采用社会支持量表(SSRS)收集在上海外企工作的年龄≤35岁的白领青年人群,共纳入有效问卷3855份。分析其社会支持状况,探索外企白领青年社会支持的影响因素。结果:所调查人群中,高社会支持(SSRS>45)的比例为11.2%,中间社会支持(23≤SSRS≤44)比例占86.2%,低社会支持(SSRS≤22)比例占2.6%。社会支持总分(35.52±7.08)低于职业人群的得分(40.95±7.77)。二元logistics回归结果显示,社会支持总分的影响因素为性别、婚恋状况、户籍状况和工作年限;主观支持得分的影响因素为婚恋状况、户籍身份和工作年限;客观支持得分的影响因素为性别和婚恋状况;对支持利用度得分的影响因素为性别、婚恋状况、宗教信仰、工作年限和目前职位。结论:开展基于社会支持网络的心理健康促进显得很有必要,婚恋状态、性别、户籍身份三者是上海外企白领青年社会支持的相关影响因素。
Objective: To investigate the social support status of white-collar youth (≤35 years) in Shanghai foreign-funded enterprises. Methods: With the aid of internet platform, the social support questionnaire (SSRS) was used to collect white-collar young people aged 35 or below who work in Shanghai foreign-funded enterprises and included 3855 valid questionnaires. Analyze its social support status and explore the influencing factors of white-collar youth social support in foreign-funded enterprises. Results: Among the surveyed population, the proportion of high social support (SSRS> 45) was 11.2%. The proportion of intermediate social support (23≤SSRS≤44) accounted for 86.2% and low social support (SSRS≤22) accounted for 2.6%. The total score of social support (35.52 ± 7.08) was lower than that of professional population (40.95 ± 7.77). The results of binary logistics regression showed that the factors influencing the total score of social support were gender, marital status, household registration status and working life. The factors affecting the score of subjective support were status of marriage, household registration and length of service. The factors influencing objective support scores were gender And the status of marriage; the factors that influence the score of support utilization are gender, marital status, religious beliefs, working years and current positions. Conclusion: It is necessary to carry out mental health promotion based on social support network. The status of marriage, gender and household registration are the related influential factors of the youth social support of white-collar workers in Shanghai.
