通过分析对比涡轮增压器放气阀调节和可变喷嘴调节的柴油机性能 ,说明了放气阀调节导致柴油机高速性能变差的原因 ;给出了一个用可变喷嘴 ( VNT)调节改善柴油机低速扭矩特性的实例 ;同时介绍了喷嘴调节的控制方案及其设计计算方法和试验结果。试验结果表明 ,本文介绍的可变喷嘴调节方案是成功的并且是切实可行的
By analyzing the comparison of turbocharger bleed valve adjustment and variable nozzle adjustment of diesel engine performance, the reasons why the discharge valve adjustment leads to the deterioration of high speed diesel engine performance are given. A modified VNT is proposed to improve the diesel engine low speed Torque characteristics of the example; also introduced the nozzle adjustment control program and its design and calculation methods and test results. The experimental results show that the variable nozzle adjustment scheme presented in this paper is successful and feasible
