为适应大庆油田可持续发展的需要,结合生产实际,油田多采用低温集输管路。油井产出的油水乳状液在该管路内流动过程中会在管壁上产生固体蜡等沉积物,沉积物会造成集输耗能随之迅速增加。本文基于一套成型的低温集输室内模拟试验装置,探索并研究低温集输管路管壁沉积物沉积速率及热洗周期的确定方法。
To meet the needs of sustainable development of Daqing Oilfield, combined with the actual production, oil and more low-temperature gathering pipelines. The oil-water emulsion produced by the oil well will generate solid wax and other deposits on the pipe wall during the flow in the pipeline, and the sediment will rapidly increase the collective energy consumption. In this paper, based on a set of molded low-temperature collection indoor simulation test device, to explore and study the deposition of low-temperature pipeline wall sediment deposition rate and cleaning cycle to determine the method.
