将带轮和滚刀的相对运动归结为带轮节圆沿滚刀节线所作的相对运动,运用包络原理分别推导出由带轮齿廓确定的刀具齿廓方程和由刀具齿廓确定的带轮齿廓方程。文中以实际加工出的带轮齿廓与理论齿廓的齿向误差最小为目标,讨论了带轮滚刀齿廓的优化设计方法和结果。
The relative movement between the pulley and the hob is attributed to the relative movement of the pitch circle of the pulley along the knuckle line.
