试验表明,1-MCP(1-甲基环丙烯)处理可以明显减缓红富士苹果硬度的降低,保持可滴定酸的含量,维持红富士苹果良好的商品品质和风味,延长货架期。
The results showed that 1-MCP (1-methylcyclopropene) treatment could obviously reduce the hardness of Red Fuji apple, maintain the titratable acid content, maintain the good product quality and flavor of Red Fuji apple, and prolong the shelf life.
