美国卢卡斯(Lucas)机床公司研制成功用气泡来减少机床滑板摩擦的新方法。此法是在该公司生产的DCS型卧式镗床的滑板与导轨的分界面之间,输入低压的压缩空气,从而增大了强制润滑系统的效力。如图所示,在镗床滑板的底面,除了原有的润滑槽外,根据滑板的大小,再铣出6~8条槽,作为压缩空气的通道。用泵使空气通过一个水分离器和润滑器,并将气压减至20磅/吋~2,然后直接输进这些气道
United States Lucas (Lucas) Machine Tool Company developed a new method of using bubbles to reduce the friction of the machine tool skateboard. This method is in the company’s DCS horizontal boring machine skateboard and rail interface between the importation of low-pressure compressed air, thereby increasing the effectiveness of forced lubrication system.
