伴随着我国城镇化的发展速度越来越快,中小型房地产企业也逐渐发展起来,但是根据有关资料可以看出,我国的中小型房地产企业的平均寿命在三年以下,而这些中小企业之所以未能保持健康长远的发展,一个重要原因就是企业的财务管理水平较低,不能适应现代市场经济的发展,导致企业的决策失误而增大了企业的经营风险。所以,转变企业财务管理的模式,提高企业的财务管理水平是很多中小型房地产企业需要面对的问题。本文将首先分析目前我国中小型房地产企业在财务管理工作中存在的问题及产生这些问题的原因,然后对中小型房地产企业的财务管理转型提出相应的建议。
