当一个病人处在生死存亡的危急关头,被送进急救室抢救时,优质的急救药品能够在抢救病人生命的关键时刻起着起死回生的举足轻重的作用。反之,后果不堪设想。 在医院药剂工作检查中,常发现有的医院的急救药品存在着过期变质的现象,这是应当引起高度重视的。纠正这一现象的措施首先是药剂科在采购急救药品时要做到有计划有目的购进,根据不同疾病在不同季节发病的规律采取小量多次购进的方法,贮存量一般不要超过三个月,做到既满足临床用药需求,又不导致积压和报废。 其次是急救药品中有一部分是规定有效期的药品,这类药因其理化性质不太稳定,易受外界各种因素如光、空气、温度所影响,故贮存时要按药典要求给予妥善保管。
