对当前红外加热干燥技术中一些问题的看法

一、目前在工、农业生产中广泛推广应用的远红外加热干燥技术,其实质是高辐射率的热辐射加热干燥。通过提高辐射源的辐射率,实现节能和提高生产效率,这是科学有效的措施,值得在一切需要加热和干燥的领域里大力推广应用。它必将在我国“四化”建设中,为大量节能、节电,提高生产效率作出贡献。但目前对红外加热干燥的机理研究还很少,红外知识普及也不够,因而存在不少模糊和错误的认识。要进一步推广、提高,必须加强机理研究和红外知识的普及。二、热辐射理论和实验测量均表明:对温度在摄氏几十度至几百度范围内的红外辐射(即热辐射)源,其辐射波长范围主要在2—15微米,辐射最大的峰值波长在5—6微米附近,这就是目前在工、农业加热干燥技 First, far-working and agricultural production in the far-infrared heating and drying technology widely applied, its essence is the high emissivity heat radiation drying.
